NHS MEETING POLICIES
Meetings are mandatory. All NHS members must attend the once a month meeting to be held on the first Wednesday of each month unless otherwise noted. They will sign in, are required to be on time, and stay for the entire meeting. Meetings will be held from 2:30 unless otherwise noted. Members can access calendars online.

MEETING ABSENCE POLICIES
EXCUSED MISSED MEETINGS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. School sponsored activity (To be excused, you must make prior contact with the NHS email.)
2. Student is ill and missed that day or part of that day of school (To be excused, you must contact the email within 24 hours.)
3. Medical Emergency with doctor’s note (To be excused, note must be sent to the NHS email/turned into secretary on the first day back to school.)
4. Serious extenuating circumstances (To be excused, you must have a discussion with sponsor within one week of missed meeting).
